I obtained my M.D. in Medicine and General Surgery from The Kiev Medical Institute (USSR) in 1988. Following a one-year internship, I passed the Jordan Medical Council examination, obtaining a license to practice medicine in Jordan since 1990.

At the end of 1990, I joined the Jordanian Royal Medical Services as a General Practitioner. Then worked as an Internal Physician. In 1995 as a resident-doctor, followed by one-year at the Hematology / Oncology Division of the Jordanian Royal Medical Services at the King Hussein Medical Center. I also passed the Jordanian Board Certificate of Clinical Pathology / Hematopathology, and then pursued a fellowship in Hematopathology and clinical Hematology. 

 Upon completing the fellowship I returned to work as a consultant clinical pathologist / Hematopathologist at the Jordanian Royal Medical Services, until I retired from the service in 2013. I made the decision to join Biolab in 2014 to become the Director of Biolab Hai Al-Yasmeen branch and leading the Hematology Division, believing in the contribution my experience will have across multiple levels. Through my current position, I feel that I am part of a strategic and measurable effort to elevate the standards of healthcare in Jordan, which makes my work all the more rewarding.
