(Amman, 22 October, 2013)- Biolab – the exclusive Biomnis dealer in the Kingdom – continues to train its team members through an intensive training program it had developed for the year 2013.
Through its training sessions, it covers a full range of disciplines related to the healthcare sectors and the development of diagnostic sciences. Furthermore, it is realizing its aims to keep its team on par with the fast paced development the medical sector is witnessing while ensuring that they are armed with the skills they need to serve patients visiting Biolab.
Launched at the start of the current year, the sessions comprised practical training and lectures. They focused on the latest trends adopted within the discipline of diagnostic testing alongside common areas of errors experienced in the field.
From another angle, they served to expand the horizons of Biolab’s team members through enriching their knowledge within their respective lines of work and specialties. The sessions also offered a proactive space for the examination of results issued by the Quality Assurance team’s performance review through which areas that offer room for improvement clearly identified.
Furthermore, the sessions also shed light on the concept of occupational safety alongside other pressing field issues. On this occasion, Dr. Amid Abdelnour, Founder and CEO of Biolab, affirmed that the entity is always keen on training its human resources, as it always strives to arm its team with the skills they need to comply with the highest international standards of operational excellence.
These sessions are conducted as part of Biolab’s Continuous Medical Education program (CME), as this program is aimed at keeping Biolab’s team members informed about new test methods relevant to the field with the sole aim of establishing and maintaining the highest standards of occupational excellence on both individual and group level.
Dr. Amid Abdelnour further added that Biolab’s success lies in the knowledge of its employees. Therefore, it feels that it is imperative that it invests heavily in the team and its capacities and knowledge through ongoing training. All Biolab’s team members are required to take part in the CME program and to proactively work towards enhancing their knowledge within their scope of employment.
At least 12 hours of CME have to be attended by each employee, whether in the form of internal workshops, or lectures conducted regionally or internationally. Biolab continues to offer health solutions that comply with the health needs of different segments of the community, and that its offerings fall in line with its aims to raise health awareness and healthcare standards in Jordan.
It provides its patients the latest health and diagnostic services available in the market, alongside high quality consultative services, serving doctors, hospitals, patients, and clinics across the Kingdom.
