Albumin, Urine

1 Day(s)

المجموعة المرجعية

Albumin is normally not found in urine, since the kidneys prevent the loss of serum albumin into the urine. Urinary albumin is considered the most important marker for glomerular dysfunction. ELEVATED levels are therefore associated with glomerular disease, or diabetic nephrophathy. See also Microalbuminurea, Urine
