As Part of Roya TV’s Donya Ya Donya Program, as part of its ongoing aims to promote a healthier lifestyle and more sound eating habits, Biolab - the sole Biomnis dealer in the Kingdom -recently signed an agreement with Jordanian satellite TV channel, Roya TV.

Through the agreement signed, Biolab will be sponsoring the nutrition and health segment aired as part of the latter’s Donya Ya Donya talk show every Monday morning.

On the sidelines of this sponsorship, Roya TV launched the Roya weight loss competition, a challenge geared towards encouraging people to maintain their ideal weight over a period of 4 months.

To this effect, eight contestants were divided into three groups according to age. One group consisted of four adults trying to lose weight, while the other two comprised two kids trying to lose weight and two adults trying to gain weight respectively.

Throughout the competition, Biolab will be providing health consultation services, while Nutritionist Razan Shwaihat will be providing contestants with dieting schemes catering to their weight goal. In the first stage of the competition, contestants will undergo a free Biofood300 test provided by Biolab.

The test offers a diagnosis for the contestants’ tolerance to over 270 types of food. In February 2013, participants will carry another follow up test through Biolab, serving to monitor their individual progress.
